Tina M. Moreno completed her education in substance-abuse counseling at San Deigo State Universtity, School of Social Work. She is a certified substance-abuse counselor with ten years of experience in the field of recovery, counseling high-risk youth and women in all stages of ealry recovery from substance abuse. Her substance-abuse counseling roles have been untizlied in individual, group, residential and outpatient settings. She has developed special events curriculums for schools (grades K-12), as well as developed resources for women in recovery. Respected in the field of recovery, she has served as editor of numerous books and publications, and is a contributing editor to Blessings, a periodical reporting on good news through the world. Licensed as a spiritual practitioner, she is founder and coordinator of Seeds of Grace REcvoery Services, a community outreach ministry that offers sober living, referral and spiritual support. Tina is also the mother of four grown children. She is also a recovery addict with ten years of sobriety.
