Chef Antonio Frontera (Newburgh, NY) operates Chianti a four-star family-owned restaurant in New York. He fell in love with cooking at the age of six when he was given his very own oven. He learned how to cook from his family during his school years and then went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America. He became interested in cooking with children when he realized how meal preparation was lacking in today’s families. Antonio now introduces the world of cooking to kids and families through his live cooking shows for television at his restaurant studio.
